SAP Funds Management and General Ledger (FM/GL) Consultant

About the role

CACI is seeking an SAP FM/GL Functional Consultant to support the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), a four-star combatant command responsible for global transportation and logistics support to U.S. military operations. The role works on SAP S/4HANA within a SAFe Agile environment, combining deep SAP financial expertise with mission impact. It is remote, full time, requires a Secret clearance and involves up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Architect Funds Management and General Ledger solutions and provide thought leadership on emerging SAP technologies
• Configure and document SAP FM/GL modules and their integration with FI/CO/AR/TM/SD/Assets and other USTRANSCOM enterprise systems
• Document business requirements, write functional specifications, configuration documents and scope/effort assessments for change requests
• Take part in solution reviews and walk-throughs
• Configure SAP FM/GL, test functionality and work with technical resources to troubleshoot issues
• Provide Tier II/Tier III support, collaborate with the SAP team, and take part in SAFe Agile ceremonies
• Support enhancements, upgrades and new implementations, and deliver user training and knowledge transfer

Required profile

• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of SAP implementation, enhancement and O&M support experience
• Proven ability to configure SAP financial modules and integrate them across modules
• Strong communication skills for solution presentations and stakeholder engagement

Required skills

• SAP Funds Management (FM) and General Ledger (GL) configuration
• Desired: SAP S/4HANA experience, G-Invoicing familiarity, SAFe Agile, UX/UI design, SAP BusinessObjects or Tableau, and DoD/federal financial systems experience
