SAP Business Process & IT Controls Manager

About the role

As a SAP Business Process & IT Controls Manager within PwC’s Technology Consulting practice, you will lead consulting engagements that help clients secure their SAP environments and meet regulatory compliance. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design, implement and monitor SAP security and governance solutions that protect sensitive data and reduce risk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP compliance and security consulting services, ensuring applications meet regulatory standards.
• Analyze client requirements and design security measures to protect data and maintain compliance.
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP compliance initiatives.
• Develop and oversee deployment of compliance technology solutions, including SAP GRC tools.
• Coach and manage team performance, leveraging individual strengths to meet client expectations.
• Build and maintain client relationships to identify and resolve compliance challenges.
• Promote innovative technologies and best practices across SAP compliance teams.
• Handle conflicts, conduct difficult conversations, and escalate issues as needed.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, adhering to PwC’s code of conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP security, compliance, or related consulting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
