Sanitation Technician – Food Manufacturing

About the role

Raw Seafoods is seeking a full‑time Sanitation Technician to clean and sanitize production equipment, processing areas, tools, and facility surfaces. The role ensures a safe and food‑safe workplace in a seafood manufacturing environment and works the third shift from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning.
• Use approved cleaning chemicals in accordance with training.
• Remove product residue, debris, and waste.
• Follow sanitation, food‑safety, and workplace‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Prior experience in sanitation, food manufacturing, janitorial, or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Reliable and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable working in cold, wet, and refrigerated environments.
• Capable of standing throughout the shift and lifting up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Equipment disassembly and reassembly for cleaning.
• Use of approved cleaning chemicals.
