About the role

Join Oregano's kitchen team as a Sandwich Artist, preparing high‑quality food in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll play a key part in delivering a great dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

Prepare dishes by accurately following recipes and procedures.
Manage your assigned station efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards.
Support teammates, including assisting with dishwashing when needed.
Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and any incidents promptly.

Required profile

High‑volume kitchen experience preferred.
Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot and cold conditions.
Minimum age 16 (18 to operate certain equipment) and effective communication skills.
