Salesperson – $21/hr with Excellent Benefits

About the role

CarHop is seeking an energetic Salesperson to join our growing team. You will work on the showroom floor, helping customers find the right vehicle and guiding them through the purchase process. This role offers a supportive environment with strong training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers on the lot and initiate the sales conversation.
• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Follow up daily on sales leads and phone calls.
• Assist with inventory management and store upkeep.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Positive, high‑energy attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Detail‑oriented with strong closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Willingness to work required Saturdays; store is closed on Sundays.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check.
