PwC is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consulting Director to lead the delivery of strategic Salesforce solutions for clients. In this senior position you will shape consulting engagements, drive operational efficiency, and mentor the next generation of technology leaders within the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for Salesforce Marketing Cloud consulting services.
• Lead multiple client engagements, translating business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce applications.
• Build and maintain executive‑level client relationships to grow the practice.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and future leaders.
• Identify market gaps and convert opportunities into successful outcomes.
• Promote technological advances and foster a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Computer/Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Proven leadership in enterprise integration and technology implementation projects.
• Strong strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience using Salesforce Lightning.
