Salesforce Architect (Remote)

About the role

Rula is a remote‑first company dedicated to improving mental health care. We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to design and implement the data flows that connect patients, clinicians, and insurers across our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the architecture for Salesforce integrations with operations tools, ensuring security, monitoring, and resilience.
• Create and evolve data models that scale over time and define ownership of data across systems.
• Write, review, and debug Apex code and automation, choosing the optimal solution between code, configuration, or external services.
• Establish technical standards, conduct design reviews, and mentor team members on best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years leading design decisions on large or complex implementations.
• Proven ability to explain technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders and achieve consensus.
• Experience working in regulated, HIPAA‑compliant environments with strong data‑security practices.

Required skills

• Salesforce (Apex, Flow, Lightning)
• Data modeling and integration design
• Version‑controlled, automated deployment tooling for Salesforce
• Understanding of multi‑instance Salesforce, Health Cloud/Data Cloud
