Sales Training & Enablement Manager

About the role

Voltus is seeking a Sales Training & Enablement Manager to design, deliver, and own the learning infrastructure that accelerates the performance of its remote sales organization. This fully remote, high‑visibility position combines content creation, program management, and facilitation to ensure new hires and seasoned reps have the tools they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and continuously improve a structured 90‑day onboarding experience for new sales hires.
• Create, maintain, and update core sales content such as playbooks, talk tracks, objection‑handling guides, and competitive briefs.
• Plan and execute a recurring training calendar, including live virtual sessions, workshops, and advanced skill courses.
• Manage the Lessonly Learning Management System end‑to‑end, from course building to grading and reporting.
• Identify performance gaps through call observation, metric analysis, and feedback, then translate insights into new programs or process changes.
• Lead cross‑functional enablement projects such as product launches and process rollouts.
