Sales Systems Reporting / Project Manager

About the role

Within ABB's NEMA Digital Tools & Technology group, the Sales Systems Reporting / Project Manager leads cross-functional projects in the Sales business functions. The role supports Sales in executing its digital tools strategy, transforming sales systems and reporting, and researching new technologies to meet internal and external customer needs. It reports to the Sales Systems Manager and is an onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales reporting, analytics and governance initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistent reporting and actionable insights across all sales functions.
• Drive strategy, planning and execution of digital transformation projects and reporting, defining milestones, KPIs and resource alignment.
• Manage sales technology solutions and enhancements, partnering with business and IS stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality capabilities.
• Champion continuous improvement and change management, promoting adoption of new technologies, standardized project methodologies and innovative practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Proven experience developing and managing reporting, dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance practices and cross-functional project execution.
• Demonstrated analytical, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Work authorization to work for ABB in the US.

• Preferred: SAP SD, big data concepts, databases, programming fundamentals, and integration technologies such as MuleSoft, BizTalk, ALE and RFC
