Sales Digital Tools & Technology Intern – Summer 2027

About the role

ABB is hiring a Sales Digital Tools & Technology Intern for Summer 2027, reporting to the Sales Systems Manager. The internship offers practical experience through projects, with daily tasks and support for ABB's operations. The work model is onsite or hybrid in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the office and arrange their own commuting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to support ABB's operations and complete projects on time.
• Use knowledge of customer needs and ABB's offerings to identify suitable solutions for clients.
• Take part in team meetings, brainstorming sessions and other collaborative work.
• Seek feedback and guidance from managers and team members to improve performance.
• Support SD processes required by the business and keep processes and documentation accurate for internal audit compliance.
• Learn the internal audit process, its procedures, roles and internal control responsibilities.
• Resolve system issues and improve sales programs and transactions, evaluating and improving sales transactional processes for efficiency and risk minimization.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future, without company sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, organize and prioritize tasks, and handle several tasks at once with high quality.

What we offer

• Pay of $20-$34 per hour, depending on qualifications, graduation year and experience.
• Practical experience through projects and exposure to ABB's operations.
