Home Genius Exteriors is scaling rapidly and seeks a motivated Inside Sales leader to coach, develop, and drive a high‑performing team of Inside Sales Representatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on hitting KPIs, mentoring staff, and contributing to a fast‑growing, nationwide business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on outbound and inbound appointment‑setting.
• Coach reps through live feedback, call reviews, performance sessions, and quality assurance monitoring.
• Monitor daily sales metrics to ensure productivity, lead conversion efficiency, and pipeline growth.
• Conduct morning huddles, weekly check‑ins, and individual 1:1s to align the team with business goals.
• Model effective sales conversations and reinforce best practices.
• Maintain team coverage and schedule alignment during peak lead flow periods.
• Support additional sales initiatives and operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales team leadership in a call‑center environment (lead generation experience a plus).
• Proven success leading quota‑driven teams with deep understanding of sales KPIs.
• Coach‑mindset with ability to unlock potential, motivate individuals, and use incentives to exceed targets.
• High energy, results‑driven, flexible to work evenings/weekends.
• Strong customer escalation management and contact‑center leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
