Sales Stylist – Retail Fashion Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Stylist to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in its Canutillo store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will combine fashion expertise with customer‑centric service to drive sales and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and promotions while aligning with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑channel experience, including enrollment in the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues and store operations.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns and replenish merchandise.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with all Levi’s policies and directives.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a genuine interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
