Sales Stylist – Retail Associate (San Marcos, TX)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Stylist to join its San Marcos, TX store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create an engaging shopping experience by blending fashion expertise with exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and promotions, aligning with Levi’s service standards.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while adhering to company policies.
• Handle cash, process shipments, execute floor sets, manage markdowns and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain store standards and comply with all Levi’s policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting and reaching.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
