Sales Specialist – Leasing and Resident Services

About the role

Sentral is seeking a Sales Specialist to lead leasing activities and ensure a seamless, loving experience for residents from first contact through the entire tenancy lifecycle. This on‑site role focuses on quickly filling homes to protect community financial health while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily leasing operations, including marketing available homes, conducting tours, and preparing lease documents.
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records in property‑management software and handle rent, security deposits, and fee collections.
• Coordinate move‑in and move‑out processes, liaise with maintenance for repairs, and support office administration tasks.
• Uphold Sentral’s customer‑service standards, Fair Housing compliance, and local regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least one year of customer‑service or apartment‑leasing experience.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Computer literacy for email and property‑management software.
