Leasing Specialist – On‑site Role

About the role

Sentral is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join its Wynwood community. This on‑site position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, leasing homes quickly, and supporting the overall financial health of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Manage daily leasing activities, including marketing available homes, conducting tours, and preparing lease documents.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management software and generate leasing activity reports.
• Coordinate move‑ins, assist with office tasks, and support the marketing team on resident events and newsletters.
• Handle rent payments, security deposits, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience and one year of apartment leasing experience (lease‑up preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Computer literacy and ability to use property management software.
