About the role
The Sales and Service Banker at Santander’s Foxboro Patriot’s Place branch in Foxborough, MA, acts as a trusted advisor, helping customers meet their financial goals through personalized banking, lending and investment solutions while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide teller services including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and cash handling with accuracy.
- Identify and pursue cross‑sell opportunities for banking, lending and investment products.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, risk and fraud prevention.
- Support nearby branch locations as needed.
Required profile
