About the role

The Sales and Service Banker is a bilingual (English/Spanish) trusted advisor who builds lasting relationships with customers at the Avenue U branch in Brooklyn. You will help clients meet their financial goals by offering tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking, lending, and investment advice to meet customer needs.
• Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and drive branch sales targets.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and foster loyalty.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, risk policies, and fraud‑prevention standards.
• Support nearby branch locations as business needs dictate.
