Sales Representative – Uniform

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join Cintas’ Outside Sales team, focusing on uniform and work‑apparel solutions. In this B2B position you will help customers enhance their professional image through laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify leads within an assigned territory.
• Present Cintas uniform solutions, conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and track sales activities.
• Achieve weekly, quarterly and annual sales targets and quotas.
• Provide ongoing customer support and ensure timely service delivery.

• Strong communicator who enjoys cold‑calling and in‑person selling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for lead management and reporting.
