Member Assist Cart Attendant

About the role

As a Member Assist Cart Attendant you will be the first and last point of contact for members visiting the club. You will ensure the parking area is tidy, carts are readily available, and members receive friendly assistance loading their purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized parking lot and cart area.
• Assist members with locating carts, loading items into vehicles, and answering basic questions.
• Process member purchases and payments using the club’s cash register system.
• Notify members of any delays or out‑of‑stock items for pick‑up orders.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report any hazards to facility management.
• Promote club products and services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Enjoys fast‑paced, on‑foot work in all weather conditions.
• Strong focus on member satisfaction and problem‑solving.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Cash register operation.
• Basic safety and facility inspection procedures.
