Sales Representative – Sports Medicine (Tyler, TX)

About the role

As a Sales Representative in the Sports Medicine division, you will be the primary point of contact for Stryker’s medical device portfolio in the Tyler, TX market. You will combine product expertise with sales acumen to support healthcare professionals and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations and trade‑show activities for orthopedic and sports‑medicine solutions.
• Develop and execute territory plans, analyze market data and manage inventory reports.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide in‑room product education and troubleshooting for surgeons, nurses and clinic staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional sales teams to set strategic goals and achieve quarterly quotas.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (five years of commercial sales or medical field experience).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, networking and strategic closing abilities.

Required skills

• Ability to analyze market and inventory data.
