Resale Sales Representative – Re‑engage ADT Customers

About the role

As a Resale Sales Representative for ADT, you will reconnect with former customers, re‑introducing modern security, automation and life‑safety solutions. This role focuses on shorter sales cycles, higher conversion rates and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑engage previous ADT customers and reactivate interest in our solutions.
• Provide personalized security and automation proposals tailored to each customer’s space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and written proposals that highlight ADT’s unique benefits.
• Conduct post‑installation follow‑ups to ensure commitments are met and to generate referrals.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy and results‑driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel within a designated territory using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
