Field Sales Consultant – Full‑Time Outside Sales Role

About the role

Join Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, as a Field Sales Consultant. You will develop relationships with prospective and existing homeowners, presenting renovation solutions that simplify and enhance their living spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and present the company’s product lines, including baths, closets, and exterior upgrades.
• Attend pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments (2‑3 per day) supplied by the company.
• Develop, negotiate, and close sales contracts while delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Collaborate with leadership and mentors to achieve sales milestones and quotas.
• Maintain a full work schedule that may include evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

Required profile

• Positive, flexible, and determined attitude with strong persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable speaking publicly and presenting to customers.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales is a plus.
