Sales Representative – Outdoor Living Solutions

About the role

Krügel Cobbles, Inc., a leading hardscape contractor in the Chicago and North Shore area, is seeking a Sales Representative to be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from initial consultation through project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their outdoor living vision, assess site conditions, and discuss project goals.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and conceptual designs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and maintain an organized sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently to close sales and participate in community and networking events.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably selling services such as landscaping or construction.
• Experience working with and selling to high‑end clientele.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• Experience using software such as LMN, Aspire, or similar platforms.

What we offer

• Base salary $75,000–$85,000 annually plus commission.
