Sales Representative – On‑Premise – San Francisco Bay Area

About the role

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to grow and manage on‑premise accounts in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves building relationships, promoting supplier brands, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit accounts on a daily route, develop efficient routing patterns, and identify sales opportunities.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, manage product placement, and execute promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and conduct brand training for staff.
• Process credits, returns, and collect payments in compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Manager on new account openings and supplier initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.

What we offer

• Base salary $75k‑$100k plus uncapped commission and bonus eligibility.
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per business mile.
