Sales Representative – Off Premise (Superior/Ashland/Bayfield)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to cover the off‑premise market in the Superior, Ashland, and Bayfield areas of Wisconsin. You will work directly with retailers to promote and sell our beer, wine, and spirits brands, ensuring product availability and optimal shelf placement.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient routing plan.
• Identify sales opportunities, conduct surveys, and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage promotional displays.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and track product availability.
• Provide education and training to account staff on priority brands.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables in a timely manner.
• Collect payments and handle customer issues, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager on new account openings and order development.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to customer locations.
• Strong passion for customer service and a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Ability to meet sales, merchandising, and distribution targets.
