Sales Representative

About the role

Tito's Handmade Vodka is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new ones across the assigned territory. You will become an expert on the Tito's brand and share its story with retail partners, brokers, and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local sales order solicitation to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, distributors, retail customers, and prospects.
• Support brokerage teams with sales strategies and monitor order goals.
• Conduct on‑premise and off‑premise sampling activities to drive orders.
• Set up product displays and maintain accurate contact and placement records.
• Perform any additional tasks needed to support sales in the region.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in on‑premise or beverage alcohol.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Valid US driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable vehicle.
• Must be 21 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
