About the role

Star Retailers is seeking an experienced Regional Liquor Specialist to oversee and support multiple liquor stores within the group. This role requires a strong operational leader who can drive sales performance, profitability, compliance, and team accountability.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales and gross margin performance across the region.
Manage stock control, pricing, and promotional activities.
Lead and develop store staff to ensure high performance.
Ensure health and safety compliance in all locations.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years managerial experience in the liquor industry.
Matric (Grade 12) education; business or retail qualification preferred.
Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
