About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners recover from storm damage. As a Sales Representative you will work in the field, meeting homeowners, assessing damage, and guiding them through the insurance claim and restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑affected neighborhoods to identify damaged properties and introduce Premier Roofing services.
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them throughout the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team from start to project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development programs.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read people and earn trust face‑to‑face.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during storm season.
