Independent Sales Representative – Storm Restoration

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners recover from roof, siding and gutter damage. As an independent sales representative you will work directly in the field, meeting homeowners, assessing damage, and guiding them through the insurance claim process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑affected neighborhoods to identify damaged properties and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure a follow‑up conversation.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team from start to project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Coachable and eager to learn the roofing and insurance restoration market.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with homeowners.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Commission‑based earnings with realistic range of $80K–$110K per year.
• Startup draw of $500 per week for the first 8 weeks to help build pipeline.
• Paid classroom onboarding, field shadowing, and structured training in roofing fundamentals, insurance processes, and sales techniques.
• Full control over schedule; work full‑time during storm season and scale back in slower months.
