Sales Representative – 1099, $80K–$110K+, AI-Proof Storm Restoration

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners recover from storm damage. As a Sales Representative you will work directly in affected neighborhoods, meet homeowners, assess damage and guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑affected neighborhoods to identify damaged properties and introduce Premier Roofing’s services.
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with the production team, and oversee projects through completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development programs.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read people and build trust.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during storm season.
