About the role
As a Retail Ambassador you will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying Rothy’s values in every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer, driving personal sales and contributing to team goals.
- Execute operational tasks such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization.
Required profile
- Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to fostering a welcoming, service‑driven environment.
- 18 years of age or older, with previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
