About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As a field Sales Representative you will work directly with homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods, building trust and guiding them through the restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet homeowners, inspect damage, and establish trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team from start to project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to read people.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage a flexible schedule, especially during storm season.
