Sales & Product Manager – North East Region

About the role

Gerard Daniel Worldwide, through its Durex division, is looking for an experienced Sales & Product Manager to lead the marketing, distribution, and growth of its wire and wire‑cloth product portfolio across the North East region of the United States. Based in Pennsylvania, you will partner with dealer networks, OEMs, and direct customers to drive revenue and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of core product lines and support dealers and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and OEMs.
• Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds revenue and profit targets.
• Design an annual product strategic sales plan to increase market share.
• Identify new product and market opportunities aligned with company strategy.
• Establish new distribution channels in untapped regions.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and development of the sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce effective collateral and promotional tools.
• Provide weekly customer‑visit updates, monthly product reports, and accurate sales forecasts.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Approximately 10 years of sales experience, preferably in concrete, urethane, or aggregate industries.
• Proven track record of market expansion and revenue growth.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Required skills

• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
