Sales & Operations Coordinator (English & Spanish) – Remote

About the role

A growing cleaning services company is hiring a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support sales, scheduling, client communication and daily operations. The team has about 7-9 field technicians and 2-3 office members. The position is remote and offers two schedules: full-time (40 hours, Monday-Friday, 7-4 or 9-6 PST, two days off) or part-time (about 10-15 hours, Saturday 9-2 and Sunday 11-4 PST).

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages and client inquiries.
• Provide quotes, follow up leads and turn inquiries into bookings.
• Reconnect with previous clients, follow up on estimates and generate new sales.
• Schedule clients and technicians using Jobber and other tools, and convert one-time clients into recurring ones.
• Assist technicians with directions and location details, monitor quality assurance and review service photos.
• Handle complaints and difficult conversations professionally, focusing on client retention.
• Maintain company procedures, checklists and communication standards, keep accurate records and meet sales and performance goals.

Required profile

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales, scheduling or operations preferred.
• Reliable internet, computer and noise-canceling headset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Required skills

• Jobber, CRM, Google Workspace or similar experience is a plus.
• Confident phone presence and follow-up.

What we offer

• Full-time: $6/hour after training, rising to $7 after 60 days and $8 after 90 days, plus sales bonuses, PTO, paid holidays and a $50 monthly work allowance.
• Part-time: $6/hour after training, rising to $6.50 after 90 days and $7 after 6 months, plus PTO, a week of earned vacation pay and a $25 monthly work allowance.
• Training is paid separately, at a rate communicated before training starts.
