About the role
ParetoHealth is seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to bridge sales, finance, technology, and marketing functions. You will support the revenue operation’s logistics, track key performance indicators, and communicate insights to drive commercial accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and review performance metrics with commercial teams and leadership.
- Identify data trends and communicate findings to drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with finance to create new reporting tools for performance management.
- Lead commercial initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and ROI is measured.
- Maintain agendas, action items, and follow‑up from commercial meetings.
- Assist with pipeline and forecast management based on top‑of‑funnel activity.
- Onboard new system users, align territories, and configure reporting structures.
- Manage agency, contact, and opportunity data in the CRM, ensuring data integrity.
- Perform quarterly data scrubbing, reconciliation, and reporting for marketing and events.
- Support lead generation, conversion, assignment, and outreach activities.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of sales processes, territories, and rep dynamics.
- Excellent analytical ability to run, digest, and summarize data.
- Highly detail‑oriented and organized.
