Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will develop and grow the Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store portfolio, managing sales plans, projections and relationships with wholesale accounts. The role involves presenting the brand, supporting market sell‑in events and driving sales growth across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve initial sales projections and annual re‑orders for the Signature Store portfolio.
• Plan and execute market sell‑in events four times a year, presenting product classifications and finalising seasonal orders.
• Maintain regular communication with accounts, providing brand updates, visual merchandising guidance and operational support.
• Analyse business performance and provide analytics for the Signature portfolio.
• Travel to account locations to support owners/managers with business development, strategic and sales planning.

Required profile

• 4‑year college degree.
• 2–4 years of retail, buying or wholesale experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently without a large team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Joor.
• Experience using Looker.
• Knowledge of Outlook.
• Competence in Microsoft Suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe tools.
