Sales & Marketing Manager for Lifestyle Hotel Brand

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive day‑to‑day marketing activities for HQ Hotels, a design‑forward lifestyle brand under sbe. Based in New Orleans, you will support brand growth by creating compelling digital content, managing online presence, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, print).
• Create and update website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
• Produce organic visual content using an iPhone or professional camera and oversee larger photo/video shoots within budget.
• Maintain all online listings, ensure brand consistency, and manage social media profiles.
• Support event marketing, on‑site promotions, and advertising needs.
• Assist the Sales team with targeted market outreach, community relations, and client development.
• Handle special projects as assigned by the General Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

• Content creation using iPhone or professional camera.
• Social media management and content scheduling.
• Website content updates and basic CMS familiarity.
• Email marketing campaign design and execution.
