Communications & Media Coordinator – Dominican Province

About the role

The Communications and Media Coordinator supports the Dominican Province of St. Martin de Porres by managing all internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the province’s mission and brand. The role works within the advancement team and reports directly to the Prior Provincial.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy across newsletters, website, and social media.
• Serve as primary content manager for the province website, coordinating with the Communications Committee Chair.
• Create and execute a province‑wide marketing plan that conveys the mission, charism, and values to diverse audiences.
• Produce and manage multimedia content that supports development, vocation, and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of communication activities to provincial leadership.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in strategic communications, website content management, and media production.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, committees, and external partners.
• Strong analytical mindset for tracking communication metrics and reporting results.
