About the role
LinkedIn is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its Mid‑Market Growth segment within LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Based in a major U.S. hub (New York, San Francisco, Chicago or Detroit), you will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with office collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Partner with Mid‑Market and Fortune 1000 advertisers to drive measurable business outcomes using LinkedIn’s full‑funnel Marketing Solutions.
- Own a portfolio‑wide strategy and execution model (SPOC), ensuring high‑quality sales execution, multi‑threading, and strong discovery.
- Use data and insights to shape customer strategies and connect marketing performance to business impact.
- Deliver predictable growth and raise the quality of execution across the team.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading sales teams in a B2B or marketing‑technology environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable customer strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent coaching and performance‑management skills.
