About the role

Balani, the premier custom clothier for pro athletes and high‑profile clients, is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead its Houston showroom team. You will balance personal sales excellence with coaching and leadership of an elite group of custom clothiers.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and develop a team of Custom Clothiers through weekly 1‑on‑1s, field shadowing, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Consistently achieve personal monthly sales goals while actively selling alongside the team on the showroom floor.
• Hold the team accountable to daily activity metrics, pipeline growth, and revenue targets to meet monthly showroom goals.
• Manage daily showroom workflows, maintain visual standards, and partner with local tailors to ensure high‑quality craftsmanship and timely turnarounds.
• Deliver top‑tier hospitality, resolve high‑level client inquiries, and foster a high‑energy sales culture dedicated to a 5‑star experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of retail sales management, high‑end sales, or luxury team leadership with a proven record of revenue growth.
• Strong sense of ownership, goal‑setting, performance tracking, and accountability.
