About the role

Balani Custom Clothiers, the premier custom suit maker for pro athletes and celebrities, is looking for an impeccably organized coordinator to be the face and heartbeat of its Houston showroom. You will curate 5‑star client experiences, run daily showroom operations, and ensure every detail of the luxury service is executed with pride and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage client inquiries, and oversee appointment scheduling to elevate the client experience.
• Plan and execute high‑touch VIP events, support local marketing, and manage special showroom projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing luxury garments, track inventory, and partner with vendors to ensure seamless quality.
• Maintain a pristine showroom environment stocked with inventory, accessories, and supplies.
• Maintain precise client records in the CRM, manage daily communications, and handle logistical tasks that keep the showroom running smoothly.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in high‑end admin, hospitality, or front‑of‑house operations.
• Relentless attention to detail and a pride in flawless execution.
• Professional demeanor, warm and polished in a luxury environment.
• Growth mindset with high initiative and desire to learn luxury retail operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Google Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
