Sales Manager – After‑Sales for Natural Gas Power Generation

About the role
The Sales Manager will lead after‑sales business opportunities for natural‑gas power generation customers and distributors. You will act as the primary contact for service requests, product information, and quality issues while driving new sales and training initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage after‑sales opportunities for direct end‑customers and distributors in the Stationary Business Unit.
- Provide responsive assistance for call‑out services, product information, and quality concerns.
- Quote and prospect new sales for the natural‑gas power generation after‑sales product line.
- Promote training on parts, systems, products, programs and promotions.
- Ensure sufficient parts inventory and training levels at distributor locations.
- Develop proposals, quotes and close sales for MTU after‑sales products.
- Collect forecasts, build business cases and track industry trends.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor compliance with MTU procedures and the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to customers and internal teams.
- Attend trade shows and report on activities.
- Execute special projects as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management.
- 3 years (or 6 years equivalent) experience in support, sales or parts‑marketing within after‑sales.
- Fluent Spanish communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
