Sales Manager – Aerospace, Marine & Automotive

About the role

The AMA Sales Manager will drive sales and profit growth for Sia Abrasives within the United States, focusing on aerospace, marine and automotive markets. This fully remote position reports to the VP of Sales and requires extensive customer interaction and territory development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service to distributors and direct accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including quoting, order processing and relationship building with C‑level executives.
• Develop and execute a territory coverage plan, prospect new accounts and maintain existing key accounts.
• Deliver product training, gather market feedback and report on competition.
• Prepare sales administration reports, expense statements and participate in trade shows.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales success in aerospace, automotive or marine industries.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50‑60 % of the time.
• Self‑starter with a strategic, results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
