Sales Lead – North America

About the role

Milk Makeup is seeking a Sales Lead to drive retail growth across its key North American accounts, including Sephora US, Sephora Canada, Kohl’s and Ulta. The role supports both brick‑and‑mortar and e‑commerce channels and works closely with senior account managers and cross‑functional teams to align retailer activities with the brand’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end SKU creation and maintenance for core and new product development across all North America accounts.
• Coordinate product shipments, sample requests, and promotional material deliveries to retail partners.
• Track timelines, ensure accuracy of purchase orders, launch dates, store distribution, season codes, collections, retail and purchase prices.
• Provide sales administration, retailer follow‑up, and business analytics to support growth strategies.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners to develop and execute account‑specific growth plans.
