Sales & Lead Generation Specialist - Skip Tracing

About the role

A growing self-storage business is looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist focused on skip tracing. The role covers outbound prospecting, locating property owners, lead qualification and customer communication, while also supporting existing tenants with storage-related questions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting to identify potential customers and property owners.
• Perform skip tracing to research and locate property owners and obtain accurate contact information.
• Use skip tracing tools and research platforms to build and qualify leads.
• Follow up with prospects, schedule appointments and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Handle inbound calls from tenants, customers and prospects, and assist with inquiries about storage units, accounts, payments, locks, gates and access.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect information and call notes.
• Use RingCentral or similar calling platforms for inbound and outbound calls.

Required profile

• Hands-on skip tracing experience and proven ability to use skip tracing tools and conduct prospect research independently.
• 2+ years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation or customer support.
• Strong English communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Experience with CRM platforms and calling systems such as RingCentral.
• Self-storage, real estate or property management experience is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
