Sales Engineer – Technical Solutions

About the role

We’re hiring our first Sales Engineer to own the technical side of every deal, working directly with the VP of Sales to run demos, build proof‑of‑concept integrations and shape the experience of technical buyers for Sent’s multi‑channel messaging platform.

Key responsibilities

• Run live product demos and technical deep‑dives for developer and product audiences.
• Build proof‑of‑concept integrations during or between prospect calls.
• Translate Sent’s API capabilities into concrete solutions for prospect‑specific messaging workflows.
• Create and maintain demo environments, sample apps, and integration guides.
• Write technical content such as solution briefs, architecture diagrams, and integration playbooks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with a foundation in software engineering or computer science.
• Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and at least one programming language such as Python or Node.js.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to prospects.
• High agency and bias toward action, able to operate without a predefined playbook.
