Sales Development Representative – Talent Pipeline Builder

About the role

Inspira Education is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will focus on building a talent pipeline rather than traditional sales. Working closely with the founders, you will apply SDR prospecting techniques to identify and engage candidates for key roles across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly and closely with the founders to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for open roles across the company.
• Research and identify prospective candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Write and send personalized outreach messages to engage candidates and build relationships over time.
• Track and manage pipeline activity and candidate status in the ATS.
• Help refine the sourcing approach based on what resonates with different candidate types.
• Take on ad‑hoc projects with the founders as priorities shift.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or in a comparable outbound/prospecting role.
• High energy, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn new skills.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outreach and consistent follow‑up.
• Strong written communication – able to craft compelling, personalized messages quickly.
• Organized and detail‑oriented; able to manage a large, active pipeline without gaps.
• Excited to work closely with founders and take on real responsibility early in your career.
