Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

WatchMeGrow is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive top‑of‑funnel growth for its childcare and early‑childhood education solutions. As the first point of contact for prospects, you will shape the pipeline that feeds our Account Executives and set the stage for future sales success.

Key responsibilities

• Generate a steady flow of qualified meetings through outbound email, phone calls and LinkedIn messaging.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce, focusing on ECE centers, youth enrichment operators and channel partners.
• Re‑engage cold and lost leads with tailored outreach, collaborating with Account Executives to prioritize opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing to execute sequenced email campaigns and provide feedback on messaging and objections.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce for every interaction.

Required profile

• Driven and curious mindset with a passion for learning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet weekly and monthly outreach KPIs.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite in Covington, LA or Lacey, WA).
