Inside Sales Representative

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be the voice of the company, delivering a clear and compelling explanation of our SaaS solutions to prospective customers. You will engage high‑volume pre‑qualified leads, validate their concerns, and secure new business while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Explain business value and product benefits to prospects over the phone and email.
• Handle objections, answer questions, and close sales to meet regular quotas.
• Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound outreach.
• Maintain and expand a prospect database, build a robust pipeline, and track activities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales colleagues and cross‑functional teams to stay informed on product updates.
• Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and bring a positive, fun attitude to the team.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong sense of urgency, persistence, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• Salesforce (experience with CRM preferred).
