Sales Development Representative (Cold Calling & Appointment Setting)

About the role

Mammoth-AI is looking for a Sales Development Representative focused on cold calling and appointment setting to support its outbound sales in the US B2B market. The role identifies prospects, makes high-volume outbound calls, engages decision-makers, qualifies opportunities and schedules meetings for the sales and account management teams. It suits people who are confident on the phone, comfortable with international clients, persistent with follow-ups and motivated by measurable targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients in the US market and introduce Mammoth-AI's services.
• Engage decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, Founders, VPs and Directors.
• Qualify prospects on business needs, challenges, project requirements and fit, then book meetings.
• Follow up by phone, email and LinkedIn, research prospects beforehand and handle initial objections.
• Keep accurate call, conversation, follow-up and appointment records in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversations, qualified leads and booked meetings.
• Coordinate with Sales, Business Development and Account Management teams.

Required profile

• Good spoken English and strong verbal communication; comfortable with US clients and senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable handling rejection and working with measurable targets.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
• Preferred: experience or interest in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, business development, lead generation, outbound and B2B sales, and international sales.
• Students, fresh graduates and candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, CRM or sales tools is a plus.
